My 2001 Tacoma has no power to the factory radio, factory digital clock and the power locks only work if the motor is running....I have full power to the lighter socket and both 12 volt power outlets. I checked both fuses and neither appears to be blown.....Please help!!!
When you say you checked the fuses, do they just look ok, or did you use a meter to check them? If you look at your fuses you’ll see they have little metal connectors on top. Get a cheap meter from auto place. About 20 bucks ask them show you how to do a continuity check. Disconnect your negative battery terminal and check every fuse in the system. Sometimes they do more than what they’re labeled.
I replaced both 15 amp fuses and now everything works but the factory radio. I guess I'll have to pull the radio to see if its getting power, if so, I'll have to replace the radio...thanks
