my steering wheel tightens up when i back out and turn my wheel, or slow to turn when parking. it's getting worse. any advice?

check the power steering fluid first, if not that, could be pump is going out. SO try to flush it out first as in my video fixing binding power steering

Generally that means the power steering pump is either going out or system is clogged. So perhaps trying my video Fixing binding power steering
