intermittent no start

I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 HD 6.0L V8, with 247,000 miles on it. Last couple of months, when I try to ignite the truck to start it, it cranks and it tries to start the engine but won’t start. I crank it a second time and it starts up like nothing was wrong. I was told by various mechanic shops that it was the Fuel Pressure Regulator, and the Fuel Pump. I payed a mechanic to change the fuel pump, and I myself have changed the FPR, two times already. I recently added some fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank, to see if that does anything, and no luck. Is there something else I need to look at?

Check the fuel pressure using a mechanical gauge.
