2002 honda civic radiator hoses are hard, What's causing it and how to make it normal if it's not? Hay Scott thanks. Sincerely George Marshal.
Are any leaking or cracked?
They are all normal

Replace them.
Why replace them?
Because if for nothing else, peace of mind. When you put new hoses on, you won't have to worry about a hard, cracked or broken hose leaving you on the side of the road. If I ever don't know about a component or have a question about its condition, I replace it so I know, especially when it comes to expendable parts like belts and hoses.
