I'm having problems with my 2002 Honda Civic misfiring on Startup on cold days once it warms up it runs pretty good 185865 MI

Start basic and work your way up. Things like spark plugs, spark plug wires, air filter, fuel filter. Start with the basic things and pray it's not something more expensive like fuel injectors or fuel pump which are harder to diagnose

- I checked the spark plug boots they're all good and I have checked the spark plugs and they are clean and I have checked the air filter and and I have checked the air filter and it is good

Besides what Scotty mentioned, you may also do the combustion leak test.

Once the car gets warm it runs perfectly fine
