2002 Silverado 1500 5.3L V8 Hard Starting

Whenever I start my truck, there is about a 60-70% chance that my truck will crank for a longer amount of time and then start up, and it varies.

Sometimes it'll crank for 5-7 seconds then start up, crank 5-7 seconds then slowly start up or it'll crank for a slightly longer time then start.

I've put in a new alternator, still does it, new air filter, still does it, I've cycled the ignition 3-5 times before starting it to build fuel pressure and it still cranks like that.

Only does this sometimes, it'll start like this cold and start like this warm, it's random.

More often than not. Is the fuel pump starting to go out? You would want to pressure test it when it's cold and see if the pressure is low and it's over replace it
