2NZ-FE engine, little clicking while under load. Vehicle has 240k KM.
What could it be?

Could be ignition timing off best thing to do is make a video of the noise posted on YouTube and put the link here and I will listen

It is not making the sound while idling or revving while idling. It does it when rolling for example climbing a slight hill, or just generally giving it more gas than it is used to. Also, it has a strong gas odor for the first few minutes of when it starts cold and it goes when warm, which leads to make me think that it's running rich.. Any idea on that too? Changed the spark plugs this last summer.
