my 2003 monte carlo ss has some issues unable to figure out. #1 the right front turn signal is not working i replaced the bulb and the flasher relay #2 it has a very low and rough idle. i have replaced the mass air flow sensor as well as the throttle sensor but it still idles low and while i am at a stop light the car stalls unless i put it in neutral and keep my foot on the gas pedal

1- Did you also check the wires and power at the bulb?

2- Pressure test the fuel pump after changing the fuel filter.

I replaced the fuel pump fuel regulator as well as the fuel filter as well as the massflow sensor and throttle pressure sensor does the 2003 have a throttle adjustment screw or is it all electronic?

Your car throttle body is not electronic if I’m not mistaken. Still you gotta check the fuel pressure for your issues.

the monte carlo is getting good fuel pressure it just has a very low idle while in gear when it warms up the idle is around 500 psi and in neutral fluctuates between 500 and 2000 but while cold will not stay idling

So, Change the idle control valve.

Did you try the four way flashers and the right front worked or not ?

As for the idle situation..probably your IAC motor is not working - (Idle Air Controller)

Did you get the car scanned and get any codes off hand?
