2003 Chevy Tahoe LT W/5.3, W/ 150K Miles
No tow hitch
why I have gone through 3 complete rebuilds, Could it's because I don't have a tranny cooler? That's 4 transmissions on a truck w/150 thousand miles.

NEVER rebuild transmissions. This is what happens.
Get a dyno tested reman transmission with good warranty. Make sure the cooler and lines are FLUSHED OUT before reinstalling. Have it isntalled professionally.

You should have one, because they come hooked up to the radiator from the factory. And it should be good enough if you don't tow.
