I have a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan that gives codes P0703 and P0456, left front wheel speed signal failure, right front wheel speed signal failure, and hydraulic pump circuit failure when scanned at O'Reilly's. Mileage is 229,262. ABS and check engine light are on. When van hits a bump in the road, the brake light on dash will pop on and then go off when another bump is hit. Van has been modified with a handicap ramp. I replaced the gas cap with a locking cap. What do I need to do to fix the van? Thanks for your help.

probably the wheel speed sensors are broken or dirty, or the wheel bearings are worn out
