My Expedition has 170k. I bought it in March 2021. I have no idea when the transmission fluid may have been changed. I think it shifts fine. Should I drain and fill it?

You should if your fluid does not look black and smell burnt. Check it on the dip stick. Here is a good explanation. Scotty has several videos on the subject as well.
