Our fusion in UK/ EU is actually just a higher up more spacious Fiesta . It has the fiesta engine . 

Its my My mother's car it started stuttering when driving, I was hoping it maybe just spark or coils but, no engine light/ code .. 

The car idles fine and I assume if the coil or spark plugs were bad, the idle would be rough .  The car randomly judders , like its decelerating on its own , almost like its lost spark , over a period of 3- 5 seconds at a time it jerks around  , it happens at low and high speed in all gears . 

I wonder what it could be, I read that this could either be a bad pump, spark/ coils or blocked injectors . Any suggestions?
