My son suv started shaking at a red light he notice the rmp’s almost at zero . But when he takes off they start to go back up but fluctuates . What do u think the prob is ? Or what do I start to look at first . automatic

I would check the fuel filter first and make sure it isn't clogged. It sounds like a fuel problem, so you want to make sure it is getting all the gas it needs to run ok.
If the filter isn't clogged I would pressure test the fuel pump to make sure it is doing its job.
Start there and then let us know if the problem continues.
