- NISSAN XTRAIL 2003 T30. Automatic. Has times when I start it up and it won't accelerate any at all. I have changed the throttle body, catalytic converter and it stills happen from time to time what could be causing this as I'm completely clueless now and I don't think it's the pedal acceleration sensor but then again I'm no mechanic

I agree with you because if this were a faulty APP sensor you'd be getting codes.
Maybe check to see if that rubber accelerator pedal stopper has started deteriorating.
When they completely crumble away, you get that "no pedal response" that you're complaining about happening intermittently.
