I have a 2003 Toyota Camry v-6 with 268K. The idle just started to skip only when cold, once warm it runs smoothly. No check engine light is on and nothing leaks, coolant in radiator is full. Any suggestions, Thank you.

Maybe hook up a scanner and look at the IAT sensor and ECT sensor temps at cold starts.
Then look at the fuel trims. (The 1st thing I think about with this symptom are vacuum leaks . And when they affect idle on a cold engine and not idle on a warm engine I think about intake manifold vacuum leaks) ((because when the engine gets hot parts expand and those vacuum leaks get smaller)).
Update, the engine light came on, the scan said P0303 cylinder 3 misfire. Thank you.
