My grandpa and I just tried to change the oil in his 03 Vw Jetta with the 2.0 liter engine and four speed tiptronic transmission, but we accidentally drained the transmission fluid instead. Where is the fill plug for the transmission fluid and what should we do since the car has 154000 miles? The fluid was dirty to the point we thought at first it was motor oil until we tried to get it off of the ramps and it wouldn't go into gear.

It's on the side of the trans, about half way up in the center of the u shaped piping and uses the same 17mm allen socket wrench you used for the drain plug at the bottom of the trans.
