I would want really good maintenance records, but both could be good. The 2008 would likely be the better buy, all things being equal, but likely that is not the case.

The least amount of owners, no wrecks, or just minor wrecks, overall condition and how well it seems the owner cared for it and possibly drove it. Not owned or used by a teenager. That's just a few things to watch out for when buying a vehicle of that age and mileage.
