Hey Scotty my aunt and I just got an old 2004 B5 Passat up and running due to a bad fuel pump, just out of curiosity, what all is there I need to know about this vehicle while I’m driving it? Is it reliable? I did check the sticker in the door and found that it was manufactured in Germany. Thank you!

Well VW are better made in Germany there's no question but they often have electrical problems and aren't known for their reliability as they age. Check the basics Air Filter, Spark plugs, brakes, tires, and hoses for leaks and if everything is good and the car is running fine drive it around and take care of it and it should last you a bit.
