2004 Chevy suburban 214,000 miles
So I'm having issues with my ac I replaced the cut off sensor and the ac compressor and it still doesn't kick on fan clutch is good and the relay and fuse is good any idea what could be causing it

Did you use an OEM sensor? Air conditioners are computer run, and you can't skimp and buy cheap Chinese-made parts.
Do you still have refrigerant in the vehicle?
Yes I did use OEM and it has refrigerant in it

Then you likely have a problem in the HVAC electronics. It's all computer controlled. You'd need a professional-grade bidirectional scan tool for diagnosis.
