I found a 2004 honda CRV with 220,000km in Canada, with no rust and comes with a safety inspection. The dealer is asking 3500 CAD OBO is this a good deal?

It can be a good car but make sure that your mechanic checks it before buying it.
Oh yea for sure I always take it to a mechanic

Do not buy from a dealer. They will rip you off. They are hiding something in that car and you don't realize it.
