I have a 2004 Mazda 3i sedan 2.0L 4 cylinder engine and I have been trying to find where the ambient air temperature sensor and wiring harness is located. I can't find the sensor or wiring harness with connector. The service manual says that it is supposed to have 2 of them on the bottom of the bumper. I have seen online that the connector runs from the sensors on the bottom of the bumper towards the fog light wiring on the right side of the bumper. I have looked there and can't find any wire or connector for the sensor on the bumper and no wiring running towards the wiring for the fog light. Does it not use those sensors or is it in a different location? Could someone have done something to the sensors and wiring? There is an unused connector on the top the radiator fan. What is that used for?
