Hi Scotty,
My parents have a 2004 Mercury Sable LS V6 that has a bad dash board leak on the passenger's side when it rains. A local dealership says the cowling is warped, but the part is no longer available. I've been unsuccessful in finding any information on what might be the cause of the leak, or how to fix it. There is a cabin filter under the cowling on the passenger's side, and I'm wondering if that might be where the problem lies.
Any ideas on the cause, and fix, for this problem?

Well I was thinking to the call and you could take it apart and then seal it with silicone sealer and put it back together that normally will work
