Hi, Scotty Kilmer, I have a 2004 Toyota Camry with 194000 miles my question is in the morning when I start my car I heard a noise behind the ultinator. I change the drive belt but still heard the noise again. Any suggestion on this issue.?

The second question is can I use full synthetic oil with my car or not?

You could have a bearing issue with one of the pulleys (such as the idler pulley) or the belt tensioner, particularly if the belt tensioner has not been replaced.

Here's one way to find whether any of the other components that the drive belt traverses has bad bearings:

One of the pulleys could be bad. Take off the belt and test them.
