Hi Scotty,
I have a 2004 Toyota Tacoma V6 4x4, 195,000 mi, automatic, no codes. When cold, the transmission doesn't want to shift from 2nd to 3rd unless I really push the RPM up to over 3500. When it warms up it shifts fine. I have checked the fluid level (fluid looked ok) and topped it off with Toyota ATF, but it didn't help. I have not changed the fluid since I bought it 40,000 mi ago. Should I try drain and fill next or Lucas Transmission Fix?

tried to Lucas but realize your transmission is probably starting to break down a little internally in a cost of Fortune to rebuild them if you baby it I can still last for years in most cases
