I have been supplementing my oil changes with Slick 50 for several years now on my 04 Tundra. What are your thoughts on this particular additive?

Have I been wasting my money? I am currently at 298K miles and it shows no sign of slowing down.

Snake oil. It probably won't hurt anything but as far as engine wear it's not doing anything that a good-quality motor oil won't do. My daily is running strong at over 360,000 miles and it has never seen anything but synthetic oil with no additives.

I think you are wasting your money.  The key is to change engine oil and filter often (every 5,000 miles or once a year, whichever comes first).  As long as you use an oil brand that meets the OEM specs, no need to add anything else to it.
