Hi, I have a volvo xc70. I tried to start it today and once it started it idled rough and would rev slowly, I plugged in my scanner and got error code p2111 throttle control system stuck open. I'm thinking to first check the throttle body, im thinking its not the tps because when I press the gas the car revs. Any suggestions.

Inspect the throttle body and clean it.
I took the throttle body off it is pretty clean and it moves fine what would be the next thing to check or should I just replace the throttle body.
Before replace the part, you should do some diagnosis to find out the source of issue. This might help you:
