Is it a clean title?
Would need a mechanic to inspect it prior to purchase.

Have a mechanic check it as anything could be wrong with it, price is alright but still haggle.

Try to offer them 1500 if it checks out, see if they will bite because you could get some decent life out of that Camry if it was decently taken care of.
