I had recently got the muffler and resonators deleted from the exhaust system but it still has its stock catalytic converters. The exhaust isn’t that loud when going down the highway and has very little drone but when I am either going down a hill or slowing down and speeding up at highway speeds, the exhaust will make a very loud and annoying rumbling noise. Im thinking it’s back pressure but I don’t know for sure.
The car is a 2005 Chrysler 300c Hemi AWD that I bought privately about a month ago.

I guess that had to deal with the change of RPM that makes a change in the amount of exhaust going through which lead to this loud noise

Yes, it is related to the back pressure caused by your modification.
