So my Chrysler Pacifica is completely dead, when trying to start not cranking, but some sort of buzzing or fast zapping like electricity. The dash, radio, lights, not anything, not even the ding works when u put the key in. Completely dead. Wondering what could cause such a thing. Thank you

Fuses, circuit breakers, fusible links, battery, grounds, ignition switch, battery, etc.

You'll frequently get a buzzing sound from the starter solenoid if the battery is too weak to operate it. Start with the simplest thing first, test the battery.
