Parking assist malfunction

Hi Scotty,

I hope you can help me out, I have a 2005 F150 with 62k miles with a few problems I can't fix.

The reverse sensing system doesn't work, I replaced all four and the chimes still don't work when in reverse and close to an object. I can hear the slight clicking in each sensor, supposedly this means the part itself is good. What else could cause this problem?

The chime doesn't ring when the lights are left on or when I turn the ignition on. All the fuses are good, any ideas how to fix this? I thought maybe this is why the RSS isn't working, since the RSS uses the same chime.

Also, the power locks and the remote entry do not work.

Let me know what you think and thanks for your time! Love your channel!

Thanks!

Mike DeCarlo

Maybe the speakers that are attached to the chimes are not working.

For the powerlocks, what's not working? Can you lock/unlock using the keys on the door?

About the remote entry, when you press keys on the fob, do they work? If not, odds are the fob battery needs to be replaced.
