My engine has a lifter tick that is really loud..does this hurt anything...it seems to run good just aggravating hearing that ticking. It has 210,000 on it so I would rather just drive it out and not mess with lifters.

Well, the cheapest thing to do is to change the oil, frequently. It may well buy you some time with the Freestar.
