This has 97000 miles on it and dual climate control. It started blowing hot air only on the drivers side but now it's blowing hot in the rear as well and semi warm on the passenger side. What is the likely culprit?

Classic signs of having a small refrigerant leak and being low and refrigerant. First, the driver side won't be warmer than the passenger side that eventually both sides don't blow cold air
