Looking for a winter vehicle, hauler, beater vehicle. There is a 2005 GMC Sierra SLT 172,000 miles for $5,500. What are your thoughts? Want to use it for winter time, grocery getter, and other things. Is the mileage/ price too high to take a risk?

they want too much money. Get an inspection to make sure it isn't a clunker.

Seems like a lot of money for that high millage. Is their any rust on the frame and on the body? Anyway talk down the price a little and your all good.
