When I apply the brakes going any speed (mainly slower) I sometimes hear a rhythmic clicking or knocking sound. It is only on the brakes, changes with speed and sounds like it is coming from the passenger side. Changed all 4 break rotors and pads 16 months ago. Thoughts?

Time to check them again.
And the bearings too.
