Hello there
1) can I put color dye (engine oil) that you suggested in YouTube videos to detect oil leaks
2005 Honda Accord 4 Cylinder Model: EX , 170000 miles. no error codes.

You can if the dye is designed for that purpose, but it is very hard to detect the leak compared to the UV dye.
