Thoughts on a 2005 Mercedes E320 with 171,000 miles for 5k? The car is in pretty good condition inside and out but don’t know about reliability especially with the mileage. New tires, brakes, front axles and recently tuned up. Is it a good deal? Price seems high, what might a good counter be? Thanks!

There is little in life that winds up being quite as expensive as an old, cheap Mercedes Benz.

If you are ready to spend way more money for the repair than you pay for the car, go ahead.
