I recently purchased a 2005 Saturn Relay for my wife as a gift to cheer her up as she goes through cancer treatments. Unfortunately, this vehicle seems to have a number of electrical issues. Beeps when put in gear but no corresponding light on dashboard. Battery dies even though it's new. Makes clicking sounds from rear section of the van. I am really at a loss but have too much money tied up in it to walk away.
Any help or guidance would be most appreciated!
- It has about 150k miles on it.

Charge the battery and then load testing the battery and alternator.
Have you had it checked by your mechanic before purchase?
