My 2005 Toyota Camry has 139000 mileage and has automatic transmission. I own it for 2.5 months. After starting it up, the engine shakes. Is it a major problem or can I ignore it? Also, how can I repair that?
@shoudha
i just had this issue with my honda civic, but,,,,,,, i put new engine oil and new transmission fluid with new oem fillter. NO MORE shaking thankfully. i also removed oxygen sensors and cleaned them. you need to put the EXACT AMOUNT OF FLUIDS, if you dont the computer will go crazy and send you a missfire. go to the dealrship and ask for the information service for both. if it overheats, you have a missfire and you must check for codes. this is what worked for me, i hope that helps you
Thanks a lot I will do that.
Check your motor mounts
Thanks, I will do that.
No check engine light? There are a LOT of different things that can cause misfires, which result in engine shaking.
