I have 2005 tundra and hand break doesn’t work !
I checked cable and lifted back and applied breaks and adjusted cable until wheels wouldn’t roll ! What else’s I should check ?thank you
Sounds like you fixed your BRAKE.

Well do take the back wheels off and check if you're really low on brake pad material that can do it. Also make sure that one side or other of the cable hasn't worn out and broken you can get tight on one side loose on the other and it will never work then
