2006 Audi A4 won’t start

I had someone replace the oil pan gasket in my car because there was an oil leak. Seemed fine then afterwards The car started stuttering when driving and the oil pressure light came on while driving and the car shut off. It hasn’t been able to start since. I’ve had the oil pressure sensor replaced. I had a couple people look at it and tell me it was most likely the starter so I had it replaced but it doesn’t fix the problem. The car still will not start. The spark plugs are new, ignition coils are good. I’m eventually going to take it to a mechanic but I don’t have the money to pay for that right now. The battery in the car is good. When I turn the key the car just whines. It sounds like a belt just rotating. I’ve been watching a lot of videos. I did run a code for the mass air flow sensor and vaccum leak months ago but I ignored it because the check engine light shut off on its own. Now if I plug a code reader into the car nothing pops up. Would anyone have any ideas of what this could be?

@yaser
I had someone check that they said it was fine. Forgot to add that in description

@yaser
Also is there a way to check a vaccum leak while the car won’t start?

Not sure about that.

Are you able to jump start the car or not?

@yaser
No I’m not able to jump start the car

Try starter fluid.
