It has 230 thousand km, it needs new clutch/rotors and a timing belt change. The body and ev5else in great shape. Is it worth it to fix and keep driving until the wheels fall off. If not I am think5of purchasing the 2019 civic hatch touring, is this a good car to purchase.

Whether or not it is worth it is really up to you. If you plan on trading it in I wouldn't put any money into it and instead use that money towards a down payment. On the other hand, if you plan on keeping it, I would repair it. There is still life left in the car so it is really your preference.
