Hi all, I have two Honda vehicles: 2006 Civic and 2005 CR-V. The CR-V's AC works fine at max, blasts me in the face with cold air. The Civic's AC also blows as cold, but the air flow feels like it caps out at medium-high speed when turned to max and feels less forceful than the CR-V. I checked the blower motor for damage and found nothing: the fan is not loose or broken and the only rust is the metal tip that holds the fan in place. I did not want to risk unscrewing the inside of the motor. Is there another part I missed that could limit my airflow in the vents?
Have you replaced the cabin air filter?
Yes, cleaned and replaced filter housing as well
Does the intensity of the airflow increase correspondingly, each time you increase the fan speed knob?
Yes
