Honda CR-V 2006 94,000 miles, hey Scotty I had changed the fuse in the front but it still doesn’t work, light comes on when I turn the headlights on. Battery and alternator are good what could it be

make sure it's not corroded or full of junk. If it looks ok, pull apart the dash and check the wiring.
Looks good, I would say it’s been like that since we bought it, prob could
Be the wiring or the cigarette lighter itself

This may be a stupid question, but have you already tried a different ciggy adapter to verify it’s not your cable/adapter?
Otherwise, it may be as Joe mentioned.
Yes I have, multiple ones, the one in the back truck works
