Hello...my Lexus SC430 has 175k miles and is due for a timing belt replacement. In addition to the belt and water pump, are there any other parts I should replace as a preventative measure? Items like pullies etc. Thank you!

I would also replace the tensioner pulley with the tensioner assembly to

Add spark plugs to your list if it's been more than 100,000 miles since they were changed.
