My husband had to get a crusher exctactor for all of the spark plugs, he sprayed them with break free, and then worked carefully , and worked with them gingerly, and got them all out. We even bought a 2 crushers and re-threaders to get them out. All went well untill the last one. on the passenger side, in the very back by the firewall. He left it in, sprayed it with break free, worked on it a little turn each day, but then it popped out after about a week and a half... and the last extractor kit that we got was one with an extra long crusher and extra long threader. I had this care for years and babied her and she is still in pretty cood condition I can drive her for many many more years if I can just get this fixed, but as it is I can, we live in Ga and there are BIG Logging trucks and she will cough and spit and just not run smootha nd I cant chance it and I dont know the area well enough to just pull over and hope for the best. The Ford place said $250 if no more than 2 hr ro get it out. and if it was more than that they would call. I cant afford anything more than that, isnt there something to do to just get this darm thing out so I can finish replacing my spark plugs and coils so she runs like a dream again. If you kow anyone in the area that will give me a honest job let me know. I think your great and right on with your channell , love to hear from you and hope you can help me get this things going, so I can get this back on the road so I can get my buisness going!!!!! Thanks from this Southern girl to ya, MArica BLedsoe
Well they do make special extractor cats but the kids cost more than they're going to charge you for the $200 last kid I bought was like 275. so you're probably better off paying them
