hi ,i had posted here earlier about my misfiring 2006 e350 it turns out to be a no compression in cyl 4 so it needs a head job an or engine swap.i have found an engine from 2010 mercedes glk with 3.5 l engine,my question is does this engine will fit my 3.5 l engine? both my car and glk are 4 matic with the 3.5 l capacity

That's a serious headache.
First of all, the ECU will not recognize a different motor. You would have to have the ECU from the donor vehicle.
Secondly, the placement of the A/C, alternator, motor mounts, oil pan......they are all different, some just slightly but enough to be a problem.
The engine itself may be similar, but to actually swap them......not an easy job. You would need a Mercedes specialist to do that, and you're looking at serious money that would pretty much make it cost prohibitive.
