I have a 2006 RX330 with 203,000 km's on it and it's getting close to needing a new timing belt. I've been told it is an interference engine, but also heard it isn't. Can you confirm for me?

Ok thanks, only reason I ask is because Scotty mentions in this video below (4:20ish) that the V6 in his wife's Lexus is a non-interference engine, so I thought mine would be similar.
