2006 Toyota Tundra little Clunk

Hello I have a 2006 Toyota tundra V8 4.7L i’ve replaced all three U joints and center support bearing and had my driveshaft examined, everything checks out but there is a light little clunk when I released my foot off the break from a red light, doesn’t happen all the time only occasionally, replacing these things definitely helped but it’s still there i’ve been reading that it could be bad brakes, The throttlebody possibly needs a cleaning or something needs to be re-greased. If anyone has the answer would be great I love this truck and I want to last a long time, Thanks for your time

Well, as you said, you should check the brakes as well. It is possible that the pads stick to the rotors and make the noise.
