My vehicle has a blown head gasket. The only signs are exhaust in the coolant and period misfire on cylinder 2 or random misfire. Any suggestions?

Suggestions on what? Fixing the head gasket? I'm sure it be a typo but what do you mean by exhaust in the coolant? O_o not to sure what type of info you are looking for. Wanna junk the car or something? Or you looking at an estimate to repair it?

The only realistic options are to replace the head gasket or get rid of the car. "Sealers" (snake oil) usually don't work and are at least as likely to clog up your cooling system as do anything useful.

Get an estimate to replace the gasket, and just choose if you rather sell it to be scrapped or replace the gasket.
