2007 Ford Escape Hybrid (FWD)

Vehicle gets very poor mileage for a hybrid (21 mpg). I noticed that the engine never goes to EV mode while stoping even when the A/C is off. Car drives good it just seems that the vehicle lost its hybrid capabilities. What could be wrong with this ford escape.

- Never buy old used Ford hybrid They are way too complex You need a pro to analyse it and see what systems are not working and I die the repairs will be 4 times the value of the car
